TRANSFORM TRAININGS
TRANSFORM is intended for social protection practitioners seeking to enrich their knowledge base and embark on a leadership and transformation process.
Specifically, TRANSFORM is targeted at government officials in the Arab Region at national and sub-national levels who engage with social protection policy and programme oversight, formulation and implementation.
The TRANSFORM Hub guides and supports implementing partners to host a TRANSFORM training in their country. Contact us for more information and to determine which package and target group fits best in your context.
Organize a TRANSFORM Training
Organizations interested in hosting a TRANSFORM training are kindly requested to contact the TRANSFORM Coordination Hub at TRANSFORM_arab@ilo.org and transformarabregion@unicef.org at least two months in advance.
Steps to organize a training:
1. Submit Initial Documentation: The Transform Hub will provide you with a template for Training Concept Note and Terms of Reference for the recruitment of Master Trainers.
2. Trainer Selection: The Coordination Hub will issue a call for Expression of Interest to all Master Trainers and recommend suitable candidates to your organization.
3. Organizing and Contracting: Once the selection of Master Trainers is finalised, your organization will complete the contracting of Master Trainers directly.
4. Training Materials: The Coordination Hub provides access to any training materials and offers technical support in their effective utilization.
5. Continous Support: The Coordination Hub will support you with the planning, organization, and reporting of the training until the very last step.
